Jeremy Rothman has been shooting over 20 years in the United States and Internationally. He has covered many important political, social and athletic events in Europe, North Africa and US. Some of those events include the Pope's Easter Service,Via Crucis & meetings with Heads of State and many other political figures. The Bush/Gorbacev meeting in Malta, Arab Conference Meeting in Ciaro & The arrival of the Albanians in Southern Italy (featured in MacNiel/Lehrer Report). He's covered such sporting events as Monza Formula racing, The Italian Open with such players as Sampras, Agassi, Seles & Navratilova. These are only a few of the international events that his images have helped to shape the views of the people opinions of the world. Jeremy Rothman began his studies at the School of Visual Arts in NYC, getting his BFA in Film & Video Production. Following a program blending the style of film and technical capabilities of video, Jeremy continues to blend those two mediums together. With technological advances in video over the years, Jeremy is able to use the tools afforded to him and paint with many styles that his clients ask of him. " I believe that today's cameras are only a small part of what makes a good image, the rest is the use of light and composition. A good cameraman is not known by what camera he uses, but how he uses it." |
