Terms & Conditions                                

Full Day = 10 Hours portal to portal (Travel time to and from office to location)

 Half Day = 5 Hours portal to portal

 Travel Days = Crew is at a full day rate and no charge for gear. No shooting is to be performed that day

 Mileage = is based on the IRS tax current tax year rate.

 Hotels & Airfare = Prepaid by client before shooting starts

 Parking & incidentals = Paid by client during production unless pre-arranged

 Meals (never a pretty subject) = A meal break is required for any shoot over 5 hours otherwise a meal penalty will be charged at 1 hour

 New Clients = C.O.D. unless other arrangements have been agreed upon

 Billing = Net 30 Days from invoice date for established clients

It is kindly requested that the payment due date be respected. Late fees will accrue after 30 days.
